How Are We Doing?

We are always interested in receiving community feedback. Below are ways in which you may contact the Beaverton Police Department.

Complaints

Please call the Beaverton Police Department at 503-526-2260, and tell the Records Support Specialist that you want to speak with an on-duty supervisor.

Please include the following information:

  • The date, time, and location of the event or incident
  • The employee’s name
  • Name, address, and phone numbers of any witnesses
  • A description of what happened
  • Any additional information you feel would be helpful

Once we’ve received your complaint, a supervisor will contact you to discuss the details of the event. Many complaints are resolved at this point, but if you are not satisfied, or if the supervisor feels the event needs further exploration, an investigation will be initiated.

We strive to complete our investigations within 30 days. Once the investigation is complete, we’ll send you a letter with the outcome of the investigation.
