[ARCHIVED] Grand Jury Indicts Former Club President for Theft after Evidence of Embezzlement Surfaces

Beaverton, Oregon – A Washington County Grand Jury has indicted Carrie Andrews, the former Tualatin Hills Dive Club President and BASE PTO President, on charges of Theft in the First-Degree following investigations by the Beaverton Police Department and Hillsboro Police Department into missing funds at both organizations.
